Here is a recipe we love for Banana Peanut Butter Brownies. I love that they have so few ingredients, they are fast to make and taste great.

1 Cup peanut putter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ripe banana
1 egg
4 Tablespoons melted butter.

Preheat the oven to 350 (we are going to try to turn it down to 325 next time). Grease a 9 by 9 pan. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl and pour into the pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.

I like that they are really healthy and good for breakfast, snack or dessert! I think They would also be good with almond or cashew butter.
